For years I was investigative journalist in some of the most demanding projects on the international scene.
I lived journalism with intensity, commitment and passion, convinced that she was contributing to changing the world. And it was partly true.
But I also learned something that no one had taught me: that the professional success It can become a trap when you forget to take care of yourself.

From recognition to wake up
I was part of the team that uncovered the Panama Papers, a global investigation that marked a before and after in journalism and that was recognized with the
Pulitzer Prize,
the most prestigious award in the sector.
That achievement took me to the top of my career. Awards, recognition, international visibility.
And, at the same time, it pushed me to the limit.
I lived hyperconnected, under constant pressure, without space to stop or listen to myself. Until my body and my mind said enough. I suffered burnout and depression that forced me to stop and rethink everything.
That moment, which I once felt was a failure, today I understand as my greatest turning point.
I wanted to understand what is happening to us as a society, why we normalize exhaustion and why working has become, for many people, synonymous with suffering.
Today my purpose is clear:
I deeply believe thatMental health is not a luxury, but a fundamental pillar to build sustainable lives and organizations.
What do I do today?
I share my experience and practical solutions to work healthier in the age of artificial intelligence.
I help companies create more human cultures, where people can flourish instead of being exhausted.
I collect learnings and tools so that work stops being a place of wear and tear and becomes a space of well-being.
Who do I accompany
I work with people and organizations who feel that the current pace is not sustainable:
People who live overwhelmed by work, stress and hyperconnection.
Leaders who want to take care of their teams without giving up excellence.
Companies that want to evolve towards more conscious and human cultures.
Where have I accompanied

And despite all that, I'm still someone you can sit down with. have a coffee and talk of what really matters.
"Elige un trabajo que te guste y no trabajarás ni un día de tu vida."
That is the basis of everything I do.
If you feel like the time has come to change the way you work, lead, or care for your team, I would be happy to help. accompany you in that process.
Pssst! I have also written a book
Live full time
