Journalist, social entrepreneur and digital well-being expert

Journalist and writer
I collect learnings and tools so that work stops being a place of wear and tear and becomes a space of well-being.
investigative journalist turned into expert in mental health at work and digital well-being.
For years I lived at the frenetic pace of international newsrooms, always connected, always available. Until my body and my mind said enough.
I suffered a burnout at the highest point of my career.
That collapse forced me to stop, look at myself and rethink my way of living and working. It was a hard process, but also the most transformative of my life.
Today I put my experience and my voice at the service of a clear purpose: to mobilize people and organizations to promote lasting changes and build healthier work environments.
I firmly believe that mental health is not a luxury, it is a necessity. That's why I help:
People who feel that work overwhelms them, so they can regain balance.
Organizations that want to be healthier, so that their teams give their best.
...and I do it as an expert from experience: I speak from what I have experienced, not from theory.
Before dedicating myself to work well-being,
I was an investigative journalist.

I was part of the team that uncovered the Panama Papers, a global investigation that revealed the financial secrets of leaders and celebrities around the world, and that changed the history of journalism.
This work was recognized with the
Pulitzer Prize,
the most prestigious award in international journalism.
That achievement took me to the top… and also to the limit. I discovered that achieving professional success without taking care of your well-being has too high a price.
That experience was the turning point that transformed my life and career. Today I use everything I have learned to help people and organizations achieve success without getting burned along the way.
I have trained thousands of people around the world and collaborated with organizations such as Twitch, Banco Santander, Just Eat, The Guardian or PwC.

My work has been recognized with more than 40 international awards and I have shared the stage with figures like Queen Letizia.
And despite all that, I'm still someone you can sit down with. have a coffee and talk of what really matters.
Live full time
A guide to transform the relationship with work and take care of the most valuable thing we have: our mental health.
Texto sobre el libro. It is important to take care of the patient, the patient will be followed by the patient, but it will happen at such a time that there is a lot of work and pain.
Undertake to care
The Self-Investigation is an international foundation that boosts mental health and well-being in the world of media.
I co-founded it with other professionals with a clear purpose: to help journalists, leaders and organizations work in a healthier, more sustainable and humane way.
Today the foundation has trained thousands of people around the world, collaborating with companies, universities and international media.
It is my way of giving back to the sector everything it gave me, building from collective experience real solutions for a global problem.
